You may remember that a couple of months ago WLH was asked to go on BBC Radio 1Xtra to chat to the 
charming Gemma Cairney about the wonder that is Hollyoaks. Well, we mustn’t have made a complete arse of ourselves because we’ve been asked to go on again – TOMORROW!
This time it’s all about the British Soap Awards (have you voted yet? HAVE YOU?).
To celebrate Hollyoaks’ many many nominations, Gemma is going to be joined by some of our Hollyoaks faves: Mitzeee, Jacqui, Theresa and…(be still our beating heart) Brendan and Ste!
Which is where we come in. As Stendan are up for Best Partnership, WLH is going to have the honour of asking them some questions to test how well they know each other.
That’s right. We’re going to be speaking to Brendan and Ste. In real life, not just in our head like we usually do.

Can you ask them if they find the fandom that has built up around Brendan and his murdering, boyfriend punching ways to be a bit bizarre?
I don’t think it’s bizarre but I am aware some people disapprove.

Congratulations! Sounds very exciting!
I’d love to know how they’re both dealing with fan reaction. It’s probably been asked before, but the fans just love them both so much as a couple and I’m wondering if they find that strange, considering the amount of abuse/manipulation going on between their characters.

Congratulations! How exciting.
I have a question… its a crap question but hey ho.
If Brendan’s asweome badassery and wrong doings (aka boyfriend battery and a little bit of murder) catch up with him one day and he has to leave *wails* How would they prefer him to go… prison, on the run or dramatic death? Also if it was to happen, would they like Brendan and Ste to have a small glimmer of happiness before it all kicked off?

2) Will Brendan ever tell Ste he loves him?
3) (bit of a jokey one) Does Ste sleep with Brendan’s red shirt (from the cellar kiss) under his pillow?

I would like to ask Brendan (swoon) if he thinks that it would be a good idea for John-Paul to come back to Hollyoaks Village now that he’s finished his business in Emmerdale Farm…. I mean Dublin.
I reckon a loved up Stendan might be stopped in it’s tracks by the beautiful John-Paul stepping out of a taxi straight into Brendan’s territory.

OMG what a wonderful news! I envy you so much being in the same room with Kieron and Emmett!! I would die of excitement!
I’ve tried to think about something to ask, but it’s not easy, I have so many questions! Anyway here are mines:
- to Emmett: considering that Brendan has already killed for Ste, do you think if he wouldn’t succeed to break up Ste and Noah he could reach the point to decide to kill his love rival?
- to Kieron what Brendan should do to convince Ste to take him back?

I have a question for Keiron and emmett – doin abusive storyline with amy n’ Ste life, wat were your thoughts when u found out this was an abusive storyline as well?
and Emmett is this your first work with abusive storyline? if yes, what was it like when you guys had to act out hitting Keiron/Ste in those scenes was it hard to pretend hit?

Fantastic idea!!! I think I would not be able to say a single word if I ever be near Emmett!!
My question is for both Kieron and Emmett.
So far we’ve seen that when Ste runs away from Brendan, Brendan wants to be with him desperately and when Ste goes back to Brendan, asks him to try to be a “proper” couple, Brendan hurts him and push him away. Do you think will ever come a day when both of them will want to be together at the same moment? LoL

Thought about other two questions for both Kieron and Emmett
Do you think your characters know each other well like favourite book, movie, food, hobby, f.e. does Brendan know that Ste is dyslexic?
And did you imagine that Stendan would have gained such a huge fanbase with people rooting for them to work out as a couple in the end.

I have a chest hair question for Emmett – does he ever trim his chest hair for the show?
I think his hairy chest is swoonsome, but upon close inspection of many photos, I notice that sometime it seems hairier than others (eg, the lovely Moust-dash badge photo …. mmmmm, hairy). What’s going on?

How exciting it must be for you! Congratulations !
My question is for Emmett and is about something that’s bugging me for quite a while.
Are we going to learn more about Brendan’s father and how he used to be with him? I know we already had a lot of people from Brendan past coming to Hollyoaks, but I do believe his father could have something to do with his “crazy” behaviour!
Also, are Kieron and Emmett aware of their international fanbase ? There is a lot of people watching the adventures of BB on Youtube !
