Right it’s taken us a while to get this written, so we hope you can think back to the week after Inferno Week and the many many non-Brendan-related goodies Hollyoaks had for us:

A bout of the lurgy prevented us from watching the finale until Sunday morning, sans drunkeness or a hangover, with lemsips and an intermittent feeling of nausea instead. We are unofficially blaming Hollyoaks Later for giving us said lurgy.
