Carmel

Ahh lovely, blonde, ditzy, pink loving, big boobed Carmel. Champion of justice and part time police community support officer, Carmel is always trying to better herself and rise above the McQueen reputation. Married to local copper Calvin, she never lets anything dent her happy disposition or sense of right and wrong – not even being abducted by her psychotic secret half brother, or her mum choosing her to die.

However, Calvin’s increasingly murky double life as Warren’s man on the inside at Chester PD may leave Carmel in an unhappy moral quandary – the law or her dodgy old man. Whichever will she choose?

The law won. Carmel showed corrupt Calvin the door and, despite distractions such as Virgin Mary-flaunting potatoes and being arrested for being a suspected brass, she is now firmly back on the PCSO beat. Hurrah! However, the brain-fucking flashforward episode revealed that in 2010 not only will Carmel be reunited with Calvin, but will subsequently lose him to a baffling whodunnit plot in May. Life is, afterall, a box of chocolates.
